To print a report you must first choose a location, a date range and calculate the sun data. You will find a Print button on the Sun Data Display window. You can print the report by clicking on this button or select Print… from the File menu.
The printed report will include the location information, a Daily Summary List, a Sun Position Chart and a Graphical Plot of the sun’s path. The program selects the middle day of the Daily Summary List for the Sun Position Chart and Graph calculations. The variance in time and position of the sun from the first and last day of a 7 day summary and the middle day is usually only ± 2 minutes and ± 2 degrees. This should be accurate enough for photographic work. If you need more accurate data, select one day for each report from Report Options under the File menu.
Each page will display data for a maximum of 7 days. If your date range exceeds 7 days, the program will print multiple pages. You may change the maximum days (1-7) for each report page with the Preferences from the Edit menu or Report Options from the File menu.
Note:
If you press the Print Button and then receive a FAX setup window, your computer has been set to send all print output to a FAX modem. To send output to the printer, you must select a printer driver from the Chooser Control Panel under the Apple menu. (refer to your FAX software manual)
HINT:
If you are on-location without a printer, but you have a FAX modem. FAX your report to the Hotel reception or Production Office.
